The agreement that governs your use of KENOS, KAI, the KENOS applications and the KEN utility token within the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kohenoor Technologies FZC (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE) and its affiliated group entities ("Kohenoor", "we", "us") for your use of KENOS at www.kohenoor.net, KAI, the KENOS applications and the Android app (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract; you must not be subject to sanctions or located in, resident in or acting for a person in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction; and you must use the Services only for lawful purposes. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
An account requires a confirmed email address. You can sign in with email, Google, GitHub or a Web3 wallet. Keep your credentials and wallet keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Some features require identity verification (KYC) and may be refused if verification cannot be completed.
KENOS is in Beta. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. We will try to give notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature you have bought.
A free account includes a daily allowance of KAI messages. Paid KAI plans are billed in KEN, in prepaid blocks of tokens drawn from your KEN balance as you use KAI; when a block is used and your balance cannot buy the next one, your account continues on the free allowance. Plan details and prices are shown in the Services before you buy. Features and applications may have their own daily limits, and we may apply rate limits and bot checks to protect the Services.
KEN. KEN is the utility token used to pay for services within KENOS. It is not a security, deposit, e-money or investment product, and nothing in the Services is an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. See the Digital Assets and Risk Disclosure.
Card payments. Until 31 December 2027 you may also pay by card through Stripe. A card payment buys KEN at the price shown before you pay (the live KEN rate plus 7.5% for taxes and conversion costs), and the KEN is credited to your balance once Stripe confirms the payment. If you save a card, it is charged only when you choose to add credits.
Paid generation. Each paid request is charged once. If a paid request fails, the KEN is refunded automatically; if a paid request does not complete, retrying it continues without a second charge, and a request that never completes is refunded automatically, normally within about 20 minutes.
Refunds. Except for the automatic refunds above, amounts paid and KEN spent on delivered services are non-refundable, unless the law of your country gives you a right to a refund or we agree otherwise in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Taxes. Prices include the taxes shown at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to you.
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
KAI and the KENOS applications provide informational and productivity assistance. Outputs can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are not professional financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or safety advice. Check important facts, figures, prices and addresses independently, and get qualified professional advice before making consequential decisions. You are responsible for how you use outputs. Expert-vetted tiers add human review but remain informational.
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the Services for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the outputs generated for you.
The Services, KAI, the KENOS applications, their software, models, prompts, knowledge bases, designs, text and the KENOS and KEN brands belong to Kohenoor or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as intended under these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
The Services rely on third parties such as blockchain networks, payment processors, sign-in providers, hosting and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for services we do not control. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: always verify contract and wallet addresses against the official addresses before sending funds.
You can stop using the Services and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a competent authority, to prevent fraud or harm, or if a security risk requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kohenoor and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Kohenoor against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, unless a specific service states otherwise. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in its courts. We may update these Terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date and, where changes are material, notify you in the Services or by email before they take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply; if you do not agree, you may close your account.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown for a specific service, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a group entity or successor. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account.
